At Maravilla Finds, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
3-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 3 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
● Be in the same condition that you received it.
● Be unused, unworn, and free from damage.
● Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts (if applicable).
● Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@maravillafinds.com for instructions and information on how and where to send your package the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@maravillafinds.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or a defective item).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Personal care or beauty products that have been opened or used
- Hazardous Materials
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Any item marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
